Refund and returns policy
Return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, on orders delivered within the contiguous US.
Effective 10 October 2026At Apex Pallet Group we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery under the terms below.
Who this policy covers
- This policy applies to orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Exchanges are also accepted.
Condition and return window
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition.
Freight and fees
- Returns come back to our warehouse in Fremont, California. We confirm the return address and freight arrangements when you request the return.
- If the return is not caused by our error (for example a change of mind or an address issue), the return freight is your responsibility.
- If the return is needed because of an error on our side (for example a wrong lot sent or a manufacturing defect), we cover the return freight.
- No restocking fees are charged.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 days after we receive and inspect your return.
How to start a return
Email info@apexpalletgroup.com or use our contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps.
Liquidation stock is graded at lot level and sold as described on each listing, so we always encourage you to ask questions and request a manifest before ordering.
