Customer return pallets contain items that shoppers returned to a retailer — for reasons like change of mind, wrong size, damaged packaging or a minor fault. Retailers liquidate these returns in bulk rather than restocking them, which is why the price per item is well below retail.

It varies by lot. Where the source provides a manifest or category breakdown we make it available — contact us before ordering and we will send the latest information for the pallet you are considering. Unmanifested lots are sold as described on the listing.

Condition is graded at lot level and stated on each listing. As a general guide: Grade A is like-new or unused stock, Grade B is fully functional with light wear or damaged packaging, and Grade C may have cosmetic damage or need attention. Customer-return lots can contain a mix — always read the listing and ask us if anything is unclear.

Customer returns were bought and sent back by shoppers, so condition varies. Shelf pulls are unsold display or seasonal stock removed from shelves — usually unused. Overstock is brand-new surplus inventory the retailer never sold. Overstock and shelf pulls are generally the safest for beginners; returns offer the deepest discounts. Read our full guide.

Yes. We ship pallet freight worldwide with free freight on every order, to the US and to buyers in other countries. International buyers are responsible for their own import duties and taxes. See our shipping page for details.

Nothing: freight is included in the listed pallet price, wherever we deliver, with liftgate delivery as standard in the US. Just tell us about any tricky access when ordering. International buyers cover their own import duties and taxes.

Yes. We deliver to Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Seattle, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, New York, Boston and beyond. We also ship free to buyers outside the US. Because we ship from Fremont, California, West Coast deliveries are typically the quickest.

Inspection or collection may be possible by arrangement — contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is available for the specific lot.

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD).

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, for defective and non-defective items, as long as they are in new and unused condition. If the return is caused by our error we cover the return freight; otherwise it is your responsibility. There are no restocking fees, and refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 days of us receiving and inspecting the return. See our returns policy for the details.

Liquidation stock is graded at lot level and sold as described, so we still encourage you to ask questions and request a manifest before ordering.

Yes. That is exactly what most of our customers do. Liquidation stock is commonly resold on eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, at flea markets and swap meets, and through bin stores. Check any platform rules for specific categories before listing.
