How buying a pallet works

1. Choose your pallet. Every listing shows the price, category mix and condition grade. Ask us for a manifest or breakdown where available.
2. Free freight to the lower 48. Freight is included in the listed price, with liftgate delivery as standard. See shipping & delivery.
3. We ship from Fremont, California. You receive tracking and bill of lading details once your pallet is booked.
4. Receive, sort and resell. Most buyers resell on eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, at flea markets or through bin stores.

Understanding stock condition

Customer returns are items shoppers sent back — the deepest discounts, with mixed condition. Overstock is brand-new surplus the retailer never sold. Shelf pulls are unused display or seasonal stock.
